I grew up in this business it's pretty much all I know my farther pit me to work at an early age and taught pretty much everything I know more importantly he taught hard work pride and integrity. give everything 110%

the customer is who you make them to be .if you show moral attention to detail and that your care about and respect there home and investment they will all be the same it is up to what type of pro you strive to be
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
stick to your budget it will make for a more pleasant experience and the homeowner and contractor will stay on the same page throughout the project. I can't stress this enough one of the biggest ways to protect your investment is demand to see proof of contractors or handyman insurance and business licenses. know for sure you are protected. talk to your pro and yall agree on a reasonable time limit. this will keep the anxiety,stress,and doubts at bay.when choosing a pro check reviews,references,insurance,and don't always take the lowest quote for the job. remember you will get what you paid. and last thing get the expectations up front and have an idea of what to expect when finished..use contracts
