- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
in order to keep our prices competitive we offer one of the lowest diagnostic fees in the area. That fee if you so choose,is also credited to the total cost of repair
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we get the initial call and take as much info as possible about the issue and attempt to bring the right parts to fix the machine the first trip if at all possible if not the correct parts are ordered in a timely fashion and delivered asap
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15+ years of experience along with 4 years of collage and multiple training classes also we continue our education yearly with ongoing brand name training
