I have 20 years of residential fence experience. All of my employees are highly skilled in all aspects of fencing. We are a pet friendly company that builds an awesome fence. My fence looks amazing! Terry was super easy to work with and answered all my questions concerning fences (which were a ton). His team was super nice and had the job knocked out in a 2-3 day span - rain preventing working one of the days. I have gotten so many compliments from my neighbors. Quality for the price is amazing. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1- measure the area to be fenced. 2- find the reason for the fence so we can find you the right product 3- completely explain the product with all the pros and cons. 4- determine price 5- write a work order 6- schedule project 7- the day of installation arrive on time and rewalk the project with customer for the final time. 8- stay on task until completed
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an operations manager for a large fence company in Nashville for the last 7 years. I have 18 years installation experience as well
