Fence went up quick which was great moving into a new house with a dog. Had an issue with one post a year later and the team came out with no problem to adjust the concrete! Would definitely use them again.

My fence looks amazing! Terry was super easy to work with and answered all my questions concerning fences (which were a ton). His team was super nice and had the job knocked out in a 2-3 day span - rain preventing working one of the days. I have gotten so many compliments from my neighbors. Quality for the price is amazing. Fate/God/Karma smiled on us with Terry and his Fence Kings. After an agreement on an estimate, he was able to get his 4 man crew over and they fenced in just under an acre of back yard in 2 1/2 days. Our dogs can enjoy their new yard (once this recent rain is gone) without us worrying about them getting loose. I'd recommend these guys to anyone.

Holy cow! When I say Fence Kings was amazing, that doesn’t even do it justice. From the moment I sent a message via thumbtack, the family owned company was incredibly responsive. Nick, one of the sons, came and talked to me about all the options I could have to fence in my yard. He was prompt and was thorough and his explanations. The team which was led by one of the other sons, and was absolutely flawless and her execution and my home looks amazing! Terry, the owner came out to inspect and was very prompt in I’ll communication. When I say wish every company could be like this, I truly mean I wish every company could be like this. Do yourself a favor call them first. I promise you won’t be sorry!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1- measure the area to be fenced. 2- find the reason for the fence so we can find you the right product 3- completely explain the product with all the pros and cons. 4- determine price 5- write a work order 6- schedule project 7- the day of installation arrive on time and rewalk the project with customer for the final time. 8- stay on task until completed
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an operations manager for a large fence company in Nashville for the last 7 years. I have 18 years installation experience as well
