I was looking for fence contractors near me or the best fence installation company in Cleveland, TN. I found something good with Top Rail. Estimator was on time and attentive to my needs. I learned about Aluminum fence, vinyl fence, chain link fencing, wood fence installation techniques, TREX, Concrete fences, aluminum fence, and farm rail fences. We ultimately went with a concrete fence of which Top Rail is a certified installer. Concrete fence is low maintenance and will last a lifetime. Feel like it was worth it. I would not have known about it unless Top Rail informed me! I called several fence contractors and it was hard to get anyone, but I feel like I found the best in the industry! Great fence company!
