- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have my base pricing, but don’t be afraid to ask if pricing is an issue and hopefully we can figure out a payment plan or customized plan that works for you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like my clients to either come in for a complimentary consultation or a phone consultation just to get to know them so we can get a feel for each other. I love to find out as many details about their wedding as possible and then we can bounce ideas off of each other and usually come up with an amazing product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Paul Mitchell - Atlanta and then worked for a salon that specialized in photoshoots and set work then after I moved to Tennessee, I worked at a blowout bar which perfected all of my styling techniques until I opened my own salon.
