Just finished my assessment with Tanner and I feel like there is hope for my physical health. I have joint problems and a very weak core. Tanner was able to assess my problems quickly and start me on a program for maximum development in the shortest amount of time. He understood what I want to do with my body and gave me hope that I can achieve the results I want. He assessed lifestyle, workload, stress level and lots of other factors, and really listened. I have been training with Tanner since the beginning of 2016. My sister talked me into running a Spartan Sprint March. So she and I trained with Tanner through the Sprint and then on to the Asheville Super in August. It truly tested everything in me mentally and physically. I can honestly say I don't see how I could have made it without the training I received from Tanner. He not only helped me prepare physically but mentally as well and even down to what to eat and the amount of water I should take in. Next challenge, The Spartan Beast!! We got this!! Tanner is an amazing trainer! I started OCR training with him January 2016. I am about to run my 4th Spartan race this October and I ran my first 5k this Summer. Tanner has improved my cardio, strength and agility! He is always coming up with new and different workouts for me, so I don't get bored and my body is always getting stronger! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?-One on One Personal Training starts at $55 per hour session. No extra charge for an extra person. Prices may vary for at home personal training. -Group Personal Training starts at $25 per person for 3-5 people. -Online Personal Training programs start at $50 Weekly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, we get to know each other and talk about their goals and expectations. We talk about what you want: weight loss, increased athletic performance, or running your first obstacle race. Next, I conduct a few fitness assessments to get you baseline. Then we decide the frequency/intensity of the program, and I design a personalized program is tailored to your needs. After that, it's time to put the work in. I'm not going to kid you. It's hard work. But if you stick with it, you'll meet your goals and have a blast doing it. I'll be right there beside you the whole way.
