I’ve been going here for about a year and a half and they recently upgraded to the wellness retreat. I used to only get a massage once a month but have recently upgraded to have unlimited access to the wellness tech (lymphatic drainage suit, red light therapy, vibroaccustic chair and a dry sauna). I was hesitant about purchasing the membership to have unlimited access to the wellness technology but I have been LOVING being able to book sessions using the app when I have open availability even the same day. The staff is amazing and so kind. If I’m running late for a massage or if I have a question I can text them and have a prompt response. I’m learning how my body reacts to stress and this has been a great way to take care of myself and I’m feeling better than I have physically in a long time by looking at my whole body wellness.
