We just hired Paula and Geoffrey to start cleaning our home. The first time they were here, they did a deep clean. Our house was positively sparkling! It took both of them 7 hours, and they cleaned the baseboards, windows indoors, two bathrooms, everything in our home! It was such a great feeling to walk in and see our home looking and smelling clean! They are a great team! We are happy with their services and have hired them to clean every week! Paula arrived on time, toured our house and gave us her quote. We found her rates to be quite reasonable. She went right to work and worked steadily for several hours (this was her first visit and gave us the deep cleaning she had promised). We were very impressed with with quality of work she performed and look forward to having her return every two weeks.

The ladies came out to clean and pack my apartment for renovations in my complex on 2 different occasions before I leave on vacation. They did a great job the first day out and an even better job the second time. We still have at least one more date for them to come out and finish then move my boxes to storage. Being disabled and unable to pick up heavy items keeps me from being able to do alot of things but they worked extremely hard for a reasonable price. They took all the items I no longer wanted to take to Good Will. I highly recommend them for any cleaning needs you may have. Thank you so very much for all the hard word, I can't tell you how much I appreciated your work!

Paula was all her 5 stars represents! Does a great job cleaning very throughly. My sister has made arrangements to help with some deep cleaning that she needs on a weekly basis. HIGHLY recommend her, she works w her family member at very reasonable and fair rates.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always see the house or office before I give a quote. The smallest house can be really dirty and the biggest house can be so clean you wonder why you are there. Both would end up being about the same price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to set up a day and time that is convenient for them for me to come out and meet with them to do the estimate. I find it much more personal to make a face to face first impression.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
no special training. Just need an eye for detail and an honest, positive attitude.
