- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always see the house or office before I give a quote. The smallest house can be really dirty and the biggest house can be so clean you wonder why you are there. Both would end up being about the same price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to set up a day and time that is convenient for them for me to come out and meet with them to do the estimate. I find it much more personal to make a face to face first impression.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
no special training. Just need an eye for detail and an honest, positive attitude.
