FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with new customers starts with a conversation about the project goals, budget, and overall vision. I then schedule an on-site visit to assess the area, take measurements, and discuss material and design options. After reviewing the project details, I provide a clear and detailed estimate outlining the scope of work and pricing. Once approved, we schedule the project and begin preparation, making sure the work area is clean and ready. Throughout the project, I keep communication open, provide updates, and ensure the finished work meets the customer’s expectations before final cleanup and completion.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a variety of residential and small commercial customers on landscaping and outdoor improvement projects. My experience includes helping homeowners with flower bed cleanups, mulch and gravel installation, weed barrier installation, paver walkways, plant and shrub removal, yard cleanups, leveling, and general landscape maintenance. I also work with customers looking to improve curb appeal, prepare homes for sale, or create low-maintenance outdoor spaces. I focus on reliable communication, quality work, and making sure each project fits the customer’s vision and budget.
