The service was impeccable! The knowledge of the technician was great. I was informed of everything that was happening and why and not given a laundry list of needed repairs at the end of the assessment. That really reassured me. They’re not the biggest company which may discourage some customers but it’s TOP TIER!! I have recommend BK Home Services to several friends and they’ve had the same outcome as me. Great, great company!
