This was a great experience from start to finish. My air conditioning had stopped working, and the temperature in my home had reached 86 degrees. He was able to come out the same day, quickly diagnose the problem, and explain everything thoroughly. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions.
The diagnostic fee was very reasonable, especially considering the amount of time and care he put into finding the best solution. He even came back the next day to clean the unit at no additional charge, which I really appreciated.
His pricing was fair, he was respectful and professional, and it was clear that he genuinely wanted to help rather than just make a sale. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and knowledgeable HVAC service.

After few speed bumps, we figured out the problem with my HVAC unit. I had several people come out to my house with different answers such as mainstream saying it was just dirty, to why it wasn't blowing cold air in my house. It was getting too humid in my house. I gave up until I called Ben. I appreciate helping me through everything, especially having little children in the home. I think we got it to where it is good as it is going to get. I appreciate all the hardwork and proffesionalism. The speed of being in contact, the care, and all around work. Thank you for it all! I definately recomend Mashken heating and cooling!!
