FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will travel to a client's home to meet them and give an estimate of the work requested. I thoroughly explain the process of the work I will perform answering any questions the cilent may have. I will also offer any relevant advice concerning the work and ways to make the process as inexpensive and enjoyable as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the home improvement industry for over ten years on my own and with other companies. I am always seeking new ways to keep up with current industry standards and knowledge of the newest trends.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask questions!!!!! Get multiple estimates and NEVER pay for an estimate. Look for a contractor who offers you advice and ideas to make the most of your project within your budget. Somone who shows an interest in offering you an idea you had not thought of to make the finnished project more efficient or appealing probably takes pride in their work and will put in added effort.
