What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are $125 an hour for a machine with an operator to an area that is within 30 minutes of Clarksville. There is a 4 hour minimum. After 4 hours I charge $100 and hour. No equipment delivery fee!
If you prefer I can also provide an estimate of the total cost to complete your project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Understanding what they want accomplished through pictures / videos or going to look at the site.
2. Discussing different options to decide which ones works best for their budget and plans. Also addressing any access concerns or other issues that may arise during the work.
3. Scheduling a date to perform the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
7 years or operating equipment and working in construction.
