I do Swedish massage, prenatal, therapeutic, and sports massage, and I will work on minors with parental consent. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is somewhat flexible, but generally I start with $50/hour, and $80 for 90 minutes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask them a series of questions designed to help me find out what the client's goal(s) is(are), and what their chief complaint is, so I can come up with a treatment plan for that session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a two-year diploma in massage therapy from an accredited school, 2 years of full time massage therapy employment, and 2 years of part time work in the field (since 2015 when I got a day job). I also have kept current on the research, and have taken some additional CE credits in massage therapy.
