Mike Bell did an excellent job on my home. He deep cleaned the carpets and made them look like new! Also, he painted a couple of rooms, installed two ceiling fans, replaced three overhead light fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom, replaced several mini blinds, installed two storm doors, and scraped the bathroom ceiling and repainted it. He mowed and landscaped my lawn, and it looks fantastic. He was very professional and courteous, and his experience and knowledge in all areas are very much appreciated. No cleanup needed to be done after the job was completed, as no debris or mess remained. I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone who needs work done to their home and/or landscaping and mowing.

I was looking for a handyman and home cleaning service for my rental property in Clarksville area. Mr. Mike Bell quickly responded and provided me an affordable estimate for the jobs needed to be done. I told him that my rental property needed to be move-in ready in couple of days. He was able to work on my home the very next day. Mr. Bell is very nice!!! Not only he did an excellent job on my home, he also went above and beyond!! Thank you so much Mr. Bell!! Here is the list of the jobs that were accomplished over the weekend: -Repaired and re-secured deck, handrails, steps & main post -Patched hole in bedroom wall -Fixed toilet and replaced toilet seats. -Replaced mini blinds -Cleaned the kitchen appliances and cabinets -Cleaned walls, baseboards, window and sill. -Swept and mopped kitchen floor, living room area and hallway -Vacuumed the bedrooms and closet -Power washed front door, front entrance, porch, and steps. - Swept out garage. - Removed trash and debris He is such an affordable excellent handyman that Im making him my go-to handyman for repairs, painting and cleaning services. :) I also recommended him to my property management. How did you get started doing this type of work?
I could not find an easy way to get my properties back up to rental conditions. I repair interior walls , paint, cleaning , screen repairs and fabrication , landscaping, fixture restoration and installations . If it needs doing, I'll do it !!!!!

I took a rental home and completely changed its entire look both inside and out so that it could be put on the market for sale. It cost less than $ 1000.00 and raised the property value $8000.00
