I contacted MpMechanical because my air conditioner was straining to keep my house cool. I got an appointment for next day. Mark inspected and cleaned my unit and informed me it was an older unit and may need some replacement in the future. He detected a small leak and added coolant and it has been functioning well since. I will contact him again when the need arises.

Mark was able to get to our house within a couple hours of contacting him. He was friendly and got straight to work. He found the issue within a few minutes and was able to fix the issue completely. Came out to assess problems. Requested a quote that still has NOT shown up after a week. That includes a couple of texts/messages AFTER visit. Can't speak to work, quality, or cost because it never got past the waiting period for a quote.
