John catered our wedding reception and the food was absolutely excellent. We had gluten-free and vegan needs to work around and he crafted a beautiful buffet that our guests are still talking about. He was easy to work with, timely, did everything he said he would do, and at the right price. We could not have asked for more. Really, really happy with Vega Catering and I highly recommend them for your event! If we ever need catering services again, Vega will be there.

When I booked Vega Catering for my office party I knew I was going to receive excellent, professional service. What I received far exceeded my expectations. My co-workers were commenting to me for the rest of the day about how much they enjoyed the meal. John and Lissete were extremely professional and the food was outstanding. I will not hesitate to hire Vega Catering again in the future.

Vega was great, and in a tough situation. A short notice job with a large unexpected group of vegetarians at the last moment, and they stepped up to adapt without missing a beat. Wonderful food, far more flavorful, original and varied than our average catering fare (and we do a lot of it).
