- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have several different packages, we understand that everybody's budget is different. So we like to sit down and look at your plans and goals for your event and help you stay within your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I think communication is KEY when setting up a wedding or party or whatever, we have several question that we ask to ensure that we understand just what our clients are trying to create. We can get as complex or simple as you need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At a very young age I learned to play the piano, then moved into playing in the band (percussion) all through school and now play Bass in church. I have been surrounded by music my whole life. I feel music is the one thing that everyone can relate to, I can change the atmosphere at an event with just one song, seeing that..... is amazing!!!
