I contacted Sonia about an apparent roof leak. She arranged for Francisco to come out and inspect my roof. He then arranged for a temporary patch to be installed the next morning. After the roof inspection, Francisco gave me choices on repairing my roof. With his experience and thoughtful advice, I determined that replacing the roof was better than just a spot repair as the rest of the roof did not appear to be able to last long. The crew came as soon as it could be scheduled and replaced the roof. The crew replaced plywood and then installed the entire roof. The crew worked quickly, cleaned up everything and finished in one day. The whole crew was polite and efficient. Francisco was able to contact others that could help me with tree trimming. Francisco also had his crew brace up a broken stringer on my porch. Sonia was efficient in sending out the estimates, inspection photos and contract. The whole company worked quickly and made the paperwork easy. I strongly recommend this company for any roofing needs. Thank you Sonia and Francisco.

I reached out to this team in an emergency situation needing a roof fixed from heaving leaking fast and Eagle absolutely delivered. Fransisco showed up same day, handled everything professionally, and was incredibly considerate about my situation and emergency.
The entire team made sure no one trampled through the flower beds (huge win), kept the site spotless, and took the time to explain everything clearly to my client when I couldn’t be there myself.
From start to finish, Eagle Roofing was top-tier. Francisco was fantastic on the ground, and Sonia in the office??!! Hands down, she’s one of the best people I’ve ever worked with organized, responsive, and truly on top of it.

Had a small leak through a roof vent. Came out took pictures told me what was wrong. Next day sent me quote to seal all the vents on my roof. I approved and they came out a couple days later, fixed the roof, and sent me pictures. I then paid through Venmo. Very good communication, very responsive, very nice people. Very easy to do business with. I don’t know exactly because I didn’t need another quote but I would say they have competitive pricing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the process we ensure to educate the homeowner from what to expect to the functionally of the systems/materials being install. We are very transparent and like to present everything up front to give options to our customers on what is best for them. At the same time we do our best to make the project as smooth as possible for the customer with the end goal of providing peace of mind and ultimately satisfaction to our customers.
