I hired the Craft Cocktailier (Reg) for a birthday party with 50 people. Compared to other services Reg was great to collaborate with, worked with fresh ingredients(no off shelf mixes) and offered a bespoke experience for the event. I would typically just put booze on a table and have guests make their own cocktails but this experience with Reg has changed that going forward. We love to have parties and will definitely be inviting him to join us again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I choose not to list pricing as a flat rate, because each event is as unique as your budget. Weekend evenings/holidays are more expensive than weekdays. Always offer discounts to loyal/repeat clients!!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking a lot questions so that both my client and I have a mutual understanding of the pace of the event, guest expectations, and how I can best be utilized.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over a decade of hospitality work. TABC and Serve Safe certified. Bachelors degree. various degrees of hospitality training, eg. Hotels, clubs, tourist destinations, high volume, etc. Great conversation and party starter too!
