Reginald was the most complimented vendor at our wedding! From the moment we booked, we began working with Reginald to design a menu and stock our own bar. His vision was spot on. My wife and I loved working with him, and our guests LOVED his drinks and his personality. We will undoubtedly look to work with him again in the future and cannot recommend him enough.

I hired the Craft Cocktailier (Reg) for a birthday party with 50 people. Compared to other services Reg was great to collaborate with, worked with fresh ingredients(no off shelf mixes) and offered a bespoke experience for the event.
I would typically just put booze on a table and have guests make their own cocktails but this experience with Reg has changed that going forward. We love to have parties and will definitely be inviting him to join us again.

Reginald was so professional and an AMAZING bartender. Everyone at our party loved him. Very professional and punctual. He even helped me get things set up prior to everyone arriving because I was running late. Highly recommend. Would use again for any event needing a bartender.

Reggie was a hit at our weekend welcome party!! He worked with me to create custom cocktails for everywhere our friend lives in the past decade. The cocktails were excellent! He also helped me select the right brands/qualities of liquor; recommended a liquor store; and picked up the liquor. He also brought his own bar and set everything up super smoothly.
We thought that the party would end at 10 PM, but of course it went much longer. Reggie was able to extend his time with us with no notice which we greatly appreciated.
Overall it was a great experience and I definitely recommend him to others. (Attendees already asked me for his info!).
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I choose not to list pricing as a flat rate, because each event is as unique as your budget. Weekend evenings/holidays are more expensive than weekdays. Always offer discounts to loyal/repeat clients!!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking a lot questions so that both my client and I have a mutual understanding of the pace of the event, guest expectations, and how I can best be utilized.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over a decade of hospitality work. TABC and Serve Safe certified. Bachelors degree. various degrees of hospitality training, eg. Hotels, clubs, tourist destinations, high volume, etc. Great conversation and party starter too!
