Gosh, where do I begin? My washing machine decided to not drain the water from the tub. It was Saturday evening and I had a mountain of clothing needing to be done. I made a request for service from Appliance Doctors (Mr. Blatcher) and within a few minutes, he responded via ThumbTack. He came over that same Saturday evening and diagnosed the problem. He found the pump 'did' work but was making a great deal of noise and sort of stuttering. He offered to allow me to order it online $75, buy one from him (if he had one in stock) $100, or buy one from a parts place in town for likely more. After he returned home he texted to say he did have one in stock and could replace it the next day. So here it is, barely 24 hours later and I am back in business. I cannot say enough good things about him. He is professional, punctual, courteous, communicative, and best of all very competitively priced. Because he continues working a full-time job M-F he told me he is doing his appliance repair after hours and on weekends and plans to do this full time after he retires in a year or so. All around a real pleasure and though I hope I don't need any further appliance work anytime soon - he will definitely be going in my list of people to call!

I could not be happier with the job that Harry did in repairing my stove. I'd been putting it off for a long time for fear of it being a horribly expensive repair, but Harry found the problem and in an hour the stove was up and running again. I will absolutely call Harry again the next time I have any trouble with any of my appliances!
