The repairman did not speak a word of English,so was difficult to communicate with him.He was not familiar with my dryer, so he had difficulty accessing my heater element.Tried to show him how to remove the bottom panel because he spent 1/2 hr. trying.By looking at you tube it would have taken 1 minute.He left out springs for door to dryer,had to call his attention to it as he put them in his tool box.He took my dryer apart before I got estimate,so accepted his price,no choice!Would never recommend him!
