- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive your inquiry, we will make contact within 48 hours for confirmation. Once all of the details are confirmed, an invoice will be sent. Upon payment of invoice, customer will receive a digital mock-up of their design and the event date will be added to IME’s calendar! (Please note that this is the process for balloon decorations, backdrop customization, and rentals. The booking process for full service event design slightly differs from the one detailed above.)
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of customers planning all types of parties! We have provided services for families and businesses alike. We have decorated businesses conferences, baby showers, weddings, and birthday parties!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
In 2021, I installed an entire room of balloons inside of a selfie museum. It took over five long days and nights, but the end result was absolutely amazing!
