FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are flexible as I will work with a customer with their event as each event is unique and special. I do have additional hands if the event is large enough requiring additional bartenders, so there are additional fees should more bartenders be required to provide exceptional service for your event. Bringing the bar - $75 -custom built bar to enhance any event Admin service fee covers liability insurance cost, booking fees depending on the size of the event - varies between $50 and up. There is a $.40 per mile fee for events outside of Shelby County. I do not provide the alcohol, I am a dry hire, client provides the alcohol and I provide the service. I am not allowed to sell alcohol so I cannot work cash bars or sell drinks for any kind of event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will discuss your event and what your ideas are to work with. This is your day you are planning and I am here to help make that event more memorable for you. As they determine what type of bar menu they want to serve and how many guests, I assist with the shopping list of liquor items and mixers if needed so that there is not too little or too much. Once pricing is discussed and approved from an invoice provided we move forward with a deposit to hold the date.
