I had previously hired three (3) different contractors to analyze the operational issues I was having with my HVAC-A/C unit. None of them did a thorough job like Omar did. Omar used the latest gauges and equipment to get to the root causes of my unit malfunctioning. He even walked me through steps and showed my why I was having problems. The problem turned out to be greater than what I expected, but I was pleased to know that someone finally got the diagnosis right. He also was on time and very professional. Omar's quality of work, experience and professionalism is one of the reasons I decided to go with Central Wave Heating & Cooling. He promptly responded to my issue and inquiry and isolated the problem with my mini split problem. He was honest and upfront with what pricing should be for having a mini split installed. The company that installed the mini split did a good job with the installation, but charged me much more than what Omar would have charged based on the scope of the work. I wish I had reached out to Omar first. I now have him as my contact for my HVAC needs and look forward to working with him in the future. I would strongly urge you to contact him if you want someone who is professional and will provide honest pricing for pristine work.
