Jae is a rockstar! He came over and quickly found out what the problem was with my thermostat and helped me replace it. I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing and he got the job done very quickly and verified that my system was working well. Price was fair. My Tech came out within 1 day of submitting a request for an appointment. After getting here he addressed the problem right away(my blower motor went out). He was able to verify he had the part and came out the very next day to replace it! Last but Not least it was Very cost efficient. I would recommend to anyone with HVAC needs.

Heater went out in October. Had another guy come out. He made it seem like we needed to purchase an entire new unit and replacing the control board + motor wasn’t guaranteed to work. Jae came out and did exactly that. It’s working better than ever at a fraction of what the other technician quoted. Extremely helpful. Will hire again.
