Jamie is more than a contractor. He is a wonderful human being who goes out of his way to help you solve your home issues and make it as cost effective as possible. He showed up when he said and went over and beyond to help me. He accommodated my schedule and helped me with some other home issues I was having. He has a wealth of information, does quality work, very punctual, a heart of gold, and he makes you feel as if you are the only client in the world. I will never call on anyone else but him to help with my repairs, windows, doors, floors, etc. I cannot say enough good about him because there are so many bad contractors out there. At first JD Door was very responsive. Then he had to cancel an appointment we had for a very understandable reason. But after that I checked in several times to reschedule and never got a response. It is frustrating, because clearly he does great work. I just could never get a response from him. Good luck to others! 😞
