I can’t say enough about this gentleman. This beautiful soul came to our house to replace a shower cartridge we had tried to fix ourselves on a Sunday. We got in to some trouble doing it and I was having trouble finding someone to fix it. We only have the one shower so we were looking at no showers for work Monday morning. On a whim, I messaged The Drain Connection. He called me back straight away, told me what we needed, and was at my house before I knew it. He spent awhile trying to fix it, but it turns out we had bought the wrong part. So he coaches my husband on what part we needed, how to fix it, and how to trouble shoot it. (He had to leave to help someone else with a broken pipe.) He gave my husband encouragement and told us to call him if we had a problem. He would not let us pay him for the time he spent trying to fix it or the advice he gave my husband. The hubs went to the store, got the part, and fixed it. THEN this sweet gentleman called us to check on us to make sure we got it fixed. I have some other plumbing things that need addressing after it warms up and I will be calling The Drain Connection to do them. He has a customer for life.

Mr. Williams is an old school new school plumber who knows how to fix anything. We had hired a plumber who left us with a leaking and running shower. Contacted Mr. Williams, he actually answered the call. He was easy to communicate with and we were able to make a quick appointment. He is extremely knowledgeable. He literally explained and showed us why we were having issues. He charged us a very good price for repairs. We even had him to check all the plumbing lines throughout the house. From here on Mr. Williams, the drain guy, is my go to plumber!!!!
