1. Receive Request 2. Schedule appointment for estimate (if required) 3. Return Estimate to Customer for approval 4. Begin project on scheduled date Payment Schedule- Under $500: Payment upon completion Over $500: 40% prior to service, 60% upon completion (per mutual liability contract)
