Repairman never showed up or scheduled the repair appointment. I called twice but did not receive an answer or call back. I also did not receive a full quote since he never priced the glass as he stated he would. I am disappointed and will not use this service again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After meeting with the Customer and viewing the project, I explain to the customer the steps needed to complete the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started building houses back in 1986. Since I have work on various construction sites here in Memphis and in Jacksonville Florida. I also spent 2 yrs in Gulfport Mississippi helping to hebuild after hurricane Katrina.
