FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is different yet the same. What I mean by that is each home is different. So I base my prices according to the size, time it will take, and location. I would charge a flat fee or some clients pay by the hour. I also look at the overall prices of what I should charge and 95% of the time I lower my prices compared to others by $10 to $20
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I have a new client I like to meet them first see their home, ask what is exactly what they are looking for to be done and I am honest with them so if the project is something I don't do I let them know right then and there. I know in order to make my job easier for me is honesty and open communication. Once I completed the job before I leave I have a walk through with the client and to make sure they are satisfied with my service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I didn't take any courses but as I continue to do the jobs it has given me the opportunity to give clients exactly what they want. I also let the clients know what type of cleaning supplies I use in case they are allergic to certain scents or if they prefer all natural cleaners.
