Not so great. Things were not dusted. I spent an hour cleaning after they left but the manager was disappointed and plans to schedule again and check it on it himself. Even though things were wrong I think they are consciousness and want to make it right

They had two ladies come who did an excellent job on my 4000 sq ft home in 3 hours. They were thorough, friendly, and professional. Even did some things that I didn't expect for a regular cleaning vs. a deep cleaning like wiping down all the blinds. They were reasonably priced and I was very happy with the job they did. Will have them back.

Christina followed up quickly on Thumbtack, and we scheduled my first weekly appointment. Estrella is my maid, and she has been very easy to work with. I work from home, and she cleans the downstairs while I work upstairs; then we switch. Each week she has added more things to clean, as a baseline is established. She even helped fold clothes for me one week. I am still using Memphis Maids on a weekly basis.

There was a slight delay in time, however everything worked out perfectly. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Steve whom showed up personally to bring a better vacuum for one of his workers. Steve was very professional and at the same time nice and personable. You can tell he will go above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy and that attitude directly reflects in his workers. They were very nice and efficient with their work. Our home, from the ceilings to the floors, was sparkling when we got home. My wife and I are expecting a newborn in a few weeks and we will definitely be going back with this company for a good deep cleaning. Keep up the good work Steve!
