The overall experience was great, dealing with Steve (the owner), Christina (the original scheduler), and Elizabeth (the maid). There was a little bit of a miscommunication at first, which I'm sure is a rarity, but it was QUICKLY resolved by Steve. It was a pleasure doing business and I will gladly give Memphis Maids my business from now on. Everything is clean and tidy at a fantastic and competitive rate and I am an extremely satisfied customer. Thank you.

They had two ladies come who did an excellent job on my 4000 sq ft home in 3 hours. They were thorough, friendly, and professional. Even did some things that I didn't expect for a regular cleaning vs. a deep cleaning like wiping down all the blinds. They were reasonably priced and I was very happy with the job they did. Will have them back.

Christina followed up quickly on Thumbtack, and we scheduled my first weekly appointment. Estrella is my maid, and she has been very easy to work with. I work from home, and she cleans the downstairs while I work upstairs; then we switch. Each week she has added more things to clean, as a baseline is established. She even helped fold clothes for me one week. I am still using Memphis Maids on a weekly basis.

Not so great. Things were not dusted. I spent an hour cleaning after they left but the manager was disappointed and plans to schedule again and check it on it himself. Even though things were wrong I think they are consciousness and want to make it right
