- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Don't be alarmed! The pricing for the initial cleanings are typically more expensive than it would be for recurring cleanings. A lot to this is due to the extremely expensive price that thumbtack charges the cleaners for the leads. The first cleaning is also typically the longest cleaning. On average, cleanings usually cost between $150-$180 for recurring cleanings. We also provide a discount for recurring cleanings as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would like to give you a call! This allows for us to discuss with you the areas of your home. We also like to schedule a walk-through as well. This gives us to meet you as customer and obtain a more in-depth conversation about what you're looking for. It also provides us with an opportunity to view the areas you want cleaned. This allows us to make sure that we bring the right products for the job. We try to be sure to tailor each project to the customer. All homes are not the same! Each home, customer, and family is unique 😊!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's in Business Management. You may ask, "How is that related to cleaning?". Well, I am running a business. I understand to know the wants/needs of the customer, I understand that customer service and communication is paramount. I also have a cleaning background. I come from a long line of residential and commercial cleaners. This provides years of cleaning experience.
