FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and competitive. Tennessee notary fees are charged in accordance with state law, and any additional travel fees are based on distance and disclosed before your appointment. We never add surprise charges. We also offer affordable in-office appointments, evening and weekend availability, and discounted rates for businesses or clients needing multiple notarizations. Loan signing and wedding officiant services are quoted based on the type of service requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to make the process simple and stress-free. Learn what type of service you need. Confirm the appointment location, date, and time. Verify that all required documents and valid identification are available. Complete the notarization or signing professionally and efficiently. Answer any final questions before the appointment is complete. Whether I'm traveling to your location, meeting you in my office, or conducting a Remote Online Notarization, I communicate clearly throughout the entire process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned Tennessee Notary Public and a certified Loan Signing Agent trained to handle mortgage and real estate loan documents with accuracy and professionalism. I stay current on Tennessee notary laws, industry best practices, and document handling procedures to ensure every appointment is completed correctly. I am also experienced in wedding officiant services and creating meaningful civil ceremonies and intimate micro weddings.
