- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently one of the Sous Chef's for D.Arthur's Catering. I am working closely with Chef Keena of Memphis who is AMAZING at both cooking and baking.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been a cook and found great JOY in it! Last year I needed to make some extra cash for my trip to Vegas, and I decided to sell cakes. Let's just say it grew from there. People began to request more and I began to better myself as a brand and began networking with other chefs in the Memphis area.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I made cupcakes for my niece's 2nd birthday party. It was my first time and everyone was amazed at my work.
