Ms.Holt helped me find tenants for 7 of my properties. The best tenants I’ve ever had before. She evens does follow ups for them. It’s like having my own personal assistant. She brings me any maintenance issues. I literally don’t have to worry about anything. By me being one person with over 15 different properties it takes a toll on me.
