He will manage the property and turn it into asset for the bank by filling vacancies, rehabbing the building, collecting debt from the current tenants and then finding a buyer looking to purchase a profitable investment property. The residential property manager, Nickie Langley, manages single-family properties. She will advertise the home, recommend ways to get top rental dollars, annually inspect and recommend maintenance, handle all repairs, qualify tenants, lease the home, and collect rents.
