Company said someone come out to my home and no one showed. Sent them a message saying it’s not a good practice to tell a potential customer that you are coming out to do an estimate then not show then tell the customer that you thought someone came out. My reasons for 1 star is that it’s clear that this company doesn’t know what’s going on in their own company. How do you commit to come out then not know that no one came out???
