I called OSG and asked about getting one maybe 2 TVs mounted. I messaged James and discussed pricing. I decided to talk it over with my wife before scheduling OSG’s services. The next morning I text first requesting proof of insurance and license to ensure I would be covered should anything happen. I got nervous when the phone call was answered with hello verses a company greeting and explained I would like proof of up to date insurance and license to protect both of us should something happen. I was told a bogus policy number and was sent a blurred out insurance picture. Feeling I was having smoke blown my way, I called to confirm business and license only to find out that OSG CARRIED NEITHER. I called back and confronted him only to have him hang up in my face. I was totally taken back by his unprofessional manner and I will definitely not be giving him my business HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

OSG's reply

OSG , is both licensed and insured with the state of Tennessee. We have a 1 million dollar policy as we are subcontractors for best buy, Costco, Sams Club, Home Depot, Conn's and Shelby Country Schools. You literally can't find a tv mounting company in Memphis more reputable.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing is some of the lowest in the midsouth and start at around 69.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i ask the customer what do they want out to look like. i measure twice and execute. normal service lasts about 30 minutes to an hour.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a subcontractor for several large retailers and they require ongoing training on new techniques and hardware.
