FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer hourly rates, day rates and package rates depending on the assignment. Our rates are based on professional commercial photographers across the country, and we generally stay competitive with our region of the United States.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we get a chance to meet each other and review our clients needs, we then can recommend what they may need from a photographer. We like to exchange emails, then we create specific proposals for the clients shoot. We feel confident in our work, and know that our portfolio speaks volumes about our work, and our client list shows the level of professionalism that we achieve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To start off, I've written several books about professional photography that I use to help teach other photographers. Our team is continually adding new educational workshops to our company. We seek out the best professional photography workshops and attend them. We also teach our own photography workshops, and have written books specifically for photographers and the correct way to shoot photos. As members of the WPPI ( Wedding Portrait Photographers International) and the PPA (Professional Photographers of America), we attend workshops often, and stay of top of the latest technical advances in photography. As artists, we understand color, blank space, framing an image, movement, and how to create an interesting photograph. Our portfolio includes all types of photography from studio flash to natural lifestyle work.
