Dakota was incredible, he did a great job assessing what was needed for two projects in our home, explained what was needed and did the work as promised. The quality is exceptional and even more his approach to repair and meeting and exceeding the clients needs was so refreshing. If you have needs in the Morristown area don’t look any further than Imperial, this team is fantastic!

Had been without a washer/dryer since January. When new W/D was set to be delivered, I needed the faucets/pipes checked for corrosion because it would not be installed if damaged. It was a last minute, urgent thing I didn't even know I needed. The response was almost immediate! Tech was sent to check out and replace if necessary but wasn't necessary to replace. Just helped me get ready to install my new washer/dryer. Didn't try to sell me on anything, just helped me. They were good to me and they have a customer for life.

I recently hired this company for plumbing work, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They showed up on time, were professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly before beginning the work. The job was completed quickly and done right the first time, with great attention to detail. Its hard to find service providers who take pride in their work, but these guys clearly do. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a senior citizen discount as well as a military discount of 15%. Our service fee during regular business hours (8 am-5 pm M-F) is $49 for residential and $75 for commercial. After hours , weekends and holidays service fee is $150 for residential and $200 for commercial. We're running two current promotions for summer: 1. Free estimates for tankless water heater installations 2. 15% off all hose spigot replacements
