Was very happy that they were able to get my outside faucet fixed. Pipe had apparently ruptured sometime during the winter and I was unaware until I turned the faucet on yesterday. Fast service and explained everything along the way.

Had been without a washer/dryer since January. When new W/D was set to be delivered, I needed the faucets/pipes checked for corrosion because it would not be installed if damaged. It was a last minute, urgent thing I didn't even know I needed. The response was almost immediate! Tech was sent to check out and replace if necessary but wasn't necessary to replace. Just helped me get ready to install my new washer/dryer. Didn't try to sell me on anything, just helped me. They were good to me and they have a customer for life.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a senior citizen discount as well as a military discount of 15%.
Our service fee during regular business hours (8 am-5 pm M-F) is $69 for residential and $150 for commercial. After hours , weekends and holidays service fee is $175 for residential and $250 for commercial.
