- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very open, very honest, i have No hidden fees. I go above and beyond for my customers, sometimes even throw in work and not charge, I'm very honest and open to customers and even push customers to get other opinions/quotes to see that i am fair priced compared to market pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To really ask and find out the customers situation, to really be able to help the customer with the best solution that is fitting to them. And build a relationship between the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hours and hours of training classes, osha classes, and trade school as well. With 6 years of field experience.
