Our main goal here at Captains is quiet simple i want to clean up the restaurants kitchens in the East Tn areas as I came from stanley steemer of Knoxville and noticed that the other companies us included when I was with Stanley Steeemer that its very difficult for not just the cleaning company but for the customer as well to pull off a cleaning operation to the extent that a large kitchen would need during normal business hours our goal is to come in work with you to get your kitchen and restaurants floors back to as close to square one as possible and that's why we attack after hours and have you ready to go in the morning for your normal business hours .
