I needed a new floor in my home office, stairs and entryway installed and am so happy I went with this company. The response time, quote and schedule date were all completed in a timely manner. The quality of work is outstanding! I could not be more pleased with the outcome. Beautiful work! The crew is very courteous, professional and hardworking. We had J&A Craftsmanship work on a small project in our basement and they were quick to respond to give me a quote. They got to the project really quick, did an excellent job, had a high attention to detail, and left our home spotless when they left. I would highly recommend them and will be using the in the future!!

My wife and I have had the pleasure of J&A Craftsmanship doing various projects (both large and small) at our home over the past 3 years. We have are so pleased to have found such a wonderful, gifted, and friendly person in Juan. He is so personable, has an incredible work ethic, communicates well, and does incredibly good work. He even cleans up the work site at the end of EVERY day - we cannot say enough good things about J&A Craftsmanship Remodeling. We have, and will continue, to recommend him to everyone!!

I would recommend J&A Remodeling for any and all of your remodeling projects. I work for a fix and flip company in Florida and I reached out to Juan of J&A Remodeling for some help with a rehab project we had in Lafollette, Tennessee. I was initially worried about rehabbing a property out of state but Juan was able to make the project very easy. Without ever physically seeing the property myself, Juan and I were able to manage the rehab and tackle any challenges that arose during the process. He was able to recommend plumbers, electricians, and other vendors when we needed help from some experts. Juan provided me with photos and updates throughout and nearly didn't take a single day off until the project was done. If we get another property in the Knoxville area, Juan will be my first call!
