I started working with Diana when I was about to turn 50. I wanted to "get in shape, loose weight." Not only did I improve my fitness, I also developed core strength and flexibility which help with everyday activities. But my biggest accomplishment: she taught me to overcome my fear of water and SWIM! Yeah, thanks Diana--you are awesome!

Diana is fun, very knowledgable, and never redundant in her workouts! She pays close attention to her clients needs and accommodates any physical issues they may have. She is AWESOME!

Diana, is "The BEST". She has been my personal trainer for over 7 years. She comes two times a week for an hour session. She always keeps the workouts interesting and she has been working on some other issues with me - nutrition, weight loss and therapy for a hip replacement. She is always on time or calls in advance if she is going to be a few minutes late. She "knows her stuff". I would highly recommend her to everyone.

Diana provides personal training services which I can only work in once weekly. Her knowledge of physiology makes it safe to work out given my orthopedic problems as she tailors the work out to accomodate my issues. I have been doing this for 2 1/2 years and have gotten great results. Her workouts always work multiple areas at once as her pilates knowledge helps to incorporate strong core work while working on other muscle groups. She is pleasant and pushes you. She is always great to accommodate my crazy schedule. I highly recommend Diana for personal training!!!!
