What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Transparent & Standardized: We use Xactimate, the industry-standard software used by insurance carriers, to ensure all pricing is fair, accurate, and data-driven. Free Inspections: My initial inspection (drone or physical) is 100% free with no obligation. I want you to know exactly what is going on with your home before we talk money. Financing Available: We partner with Hearth to offer flexible financing options. Estimates: I can typically provide a retail estimate in minutes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Inspection: I perform a thorough 15-20 minute inspection of the exterior (roof, siding, gutters, windows) using drones or physical assessment. Photo Review: I am very visual; I will show you photos of exactly what I found so you can see what I see. Consultation: We discuss the "health" of your roof and I place you in 1 of 4 categories: 1. Insurance: Weather related issues 2. Maintenance Package: Faulty pipe boots, bad flashing, mechanical issues. 3. Retail: Old age, shingle has done its job and lifespan has expired. 4. Nothing: Clean bill of health. Execution: Once approved, we schedule the build and I manage the expectations regarding the timeline and crew.

Formal Education: I hold degrees in Business and Computer & Information Technology, which helps me manage projects efficiently and utilize the latest industry software to serve you better. Experience: 6 years of field experience in roofing and restoration. Certifications: Drone Certified pilot for detailed aerial inspections. Product Expertise: Trained on the Atlas Signature Select® Roofing System, specializing in Pinnacle® Pristine (Scotchgard™ Protector) and ProLam™ products. I am also experienced with JD Metal products for high-quality metal roofing solutions. Insurance Knowledge: Expert in navigating insurance claims using Xactimate and Roof.link to ensure homeowners get exactly what they are owed.
