- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $125 for a "service call", which can also be considered a consultation. Upon booking I waive all but $50 of the service fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Connect through Thumbtack and schedule consultation or service. Meet in person at your home at the scheduled time and discuss your needs/wants. Formulate Plan of Action and execute plan and/or schedule service.
